Strategy, Design & Funding

We help organisations develop the strategic and operational foundations for ambitious international projects. This includes intervention logic and theory of change, partnership architecture, budget design, and full bid writing for EU funding programmes (Creative Europe, Erasmus+, Horizon Europe), bilateral development funds, and international institutions. We have a strong track record of building successful consortia and translating complex ideas into compelling funding applications.

Project Leadership & Direction

We take on the creative and operational direction of projects once they are underway - leading teams, holding the strategic vision, managing coordination across partners and geographies, and ensuring delivery to a high standard. We are experienced in complex multi-partner environments and in the particular pressures of publicly funded international work.

Research, Facilitation & Capacity

We design and deliver the participatory, research, and learning dimensions of projects. This covers field research, context analysis, benchmarking, and impact assessment, as well as facilitation of collaborative processes and co-creation with communities. We also work with individuals and organisations on leadership development and capacity building, particularly where teams are navigating new or challenging contexts.
